At the Resurrection, we want to learn to worship God.
When we come to believe the Gospel, God opens the door for us to enter into a deep personal relationship with the Lord. The more we trust Jesus, the more we come to see that we can give ourselves over to him entirely (Romans 12:1). This voluntary giving of ourselves to God is called worship.
The goal of worship is to strive towards wholeheartedness with God (Mark 12:30). Wholeheartedness is impossible, of course, without God's help! But once we know that Jesus' Finished Work has covered all our failures, we are free to begin learning to open up and try everyday to love God with our entire heart and life. He loves us!
One of the best things God is currently doing in the life of our church is teaching us many new things about how to worship him. This happens especially during our Worship Sundays each month, as we Worship Through the Psalms together. We also have various Worship Ministries.
We plan to begin creating our own print materials, as we keep learning from the Lord about worship. When the time is right we will add those resources on this page.
In the meantime, checkout what we've been learning from others:
You're always invited to come join us as we worship Jesus!
