Our church wants to be as helpful as possible to God's people. For that reason, we have included several pages on our website that point to resources outside our own ministry. Here's a few things we want to you know about those ministries and resources.
Our Heart to Share
In our desire to grow constantly grow in our calling as A Gospel-Centered Church, Trusting God in Worship, Training and Mission, we find it completely necessary to learn from others.
We find the ministries, books, print resources, and music listed on under the Resources tab on this website very helpful. We would encourage any Christian to learn from them. We invite our own congregation to explore what these ministries offer. The Holy Spirit has helped these other believers to help us.
Listing other ministries on our website in no way implies 1) that we have a formal relationship with these ministries, or 2) that we believe everything they believe, or 3) that we endorse everything they say or do. We do not. What it means is that they help us, and we think they can help you.
All Christians must be wise, and trust the Bible as the only sure way to know for what is true. But all Christians should also genuinely listen to and learn from other Christians. This should include those of with different beliefs, so long as they trust the Bible, and focus on faith in the Gospel. (If you are wondering, here are our own specific beliefs.) All the groups we might point you to are brothers and sisters in Christ who deeply love and honor Jesus, as best we can tell. We think they are awesome, and we think they are imperfect. We almost certainly disagree with all of them on some points, and you are always welcome to ask Pastor James if you have questions.
Having said these things, we invite you to explore what these ministries and resources have to offer!
